The project transformed 1,650 sites with cutting-edge SD-WAN, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, and IoT-enabled efficiencies, enhancing operational performance, customer engagement, and sustainability.

We were proud to see our colleague Lucy Sharp named a finalist for Security Professional of the Year at the UK IT Industry Awards. As Cyber Operations Director, Lucy led the seamless integration of ECSC into Daisy, maintaining 24/7 service and improving customer satisfaction scores.

Thanks to our success transforming Hostelling Scotland’s outdated telephony system into a cloud-based, centralised solution, we were named a finalist for Technology Refresh Project of the Year. This refresh improved operational efficiency, enabled hybrid working, and futureproofed against the PSTN switch-off while achieving significant cost savings.
