This parter wanted to continue using Skype for Business for their unified communications platform. Moving to Wavenet with Skype for Business in the cloud was a perfect solution for their business. Skype for Business with Wavenet comes complete with a unique portal that allows real-time management, which lets Circle IT observe trends, add users to the system, evaluate the usage and productivity of its employees, plus monitor costs.
Previously, this partner was using a third-party product for Skype for Business reporting that was unreliable and did not provide them with the reports and analytics they required. Now, with the added powerful feature of advanced reporting and through Power Bi integration they can create live reports and glean data from numerous dashboards.
Our partner lacked contact centre functionality and telephony features needed for a growing business.
