About Push Investment Group
The Push Investment Group was formed in 2016 following the successful development and construction of field scale solar assets by Push Energy between 2012 and 2015.
The directors of Push Energy had the vision that, by utilising the experience gained and capital assets recovered, the business could diversify into parallel sectors to increase the product lines offered by Push Energy. Over the past 4 years, the business has grown its portfolio of companies and now successfully trades in multiple sectors.
The business has always had renewable energy and sustainability at its heart and continues to exert this influence over all aspects of the groups business interactions.
The Challenge
Managing large quantities of data is always a challenge for Push Investment Group and having a backup solution that is both reliable and scalable is a must. Alongside the need for flexible storage, the solution must also prove cost-effective.
Push Investment Group had previously been using Amazon EC2, a service that provides cloud storage to businesses. However, the climbing costs of Amazon EC2 left Push looking for a supplier that could provide them with an advanced backup solution that meant data recovery was seamless whilst reducing costs.
