Background blur is not yet supported on all devices. Find out if this feature is available for you by clicking 'more options' when in a meeting. Click 'blur my background' if the feature release available for you and enjoy working from the garden during the nice weather!

Group Chat

Sometimes you need to kick off a big project chat with a large group, or organize a one-off discussion with staff at an event, but it seems unnecessary to start a new team; perhaps you don’t all work together on a regular basis, or maybe you need a communication channel with a large number of people at an event. Group chats can now accommodate up to 100 users!

React to comments, respond with a huge selection of gifs, share documents and pictures and turn on read receipts to track if your messages have been read.

Join a Meeting

Join Teams meetings with the click of a button. With full visibility of other participants receive meeting started notifications when a colleague starts the meeting, use the call me feature to switch to a mobile connection or the meet now feature for spontaneous meetings.

The Whiteboard in Teams provides an unlimited digital canvas allowing all meeting attendees to work together, no matter their device or location.
