From their Nottingham, Birmingham and Derby offices they offer the full range of agency and consultancy advice, with their teams geared up to provide expert knowledge in the retail, leisure, office and industrial sectors.

 

The Challenge

 

When their long-standing IT provider was acquired, FHP found themselves no longer satisfied with the service they were receiving, leaving them in the position of needing to look for a new IT Support supplier.

Finding a reliable IT Support supplier who worked with their business, delivering future-proof solutions was key for FHP. It was vital that their supplier could mirror the same levels of service that were at the heart of their business and with no internal IT personnel of their own, making contact needed to be a straight forward process.

As a large business spread across three offices with multiple products and solutions and over 100 users, reliable and robust service is essential for FHP to deliver the customer care they are so passionate about. All of FHP's sites have different solutions in place making managing the systems a complex task that required an experienced support team.

 

The Solution

 

A bespoke IT Support solution was presented to FHP that saw them able to take advantage of a dedicated account manager who would be on hand to help with any technical queries as they arise.

Wavenet would act on FHP's behalf to supply and procure both hardware and software for the business to provide them with the latest solutions to address their business needs. FHP's dedicated account manager takes time to talk through projects with the team to gain understanding of their requirements, whilst also overseeing installations and providing any break fixes.

FHP's head office site has also made the move to TeamsLink, Wavenet's platform that incorporates calling directly from their existing Microsoft Teams client and brings all their communications into one platform. FHP plans to roll this out to all of their staff later in the year.
