Founded in 2016 BSL is a growing Value Add Reseller based in Northamptonshire.
 

From the supply of ad-hoc IT procurement through to infrastructure upgrades, software and business continuity projects BSL can help.

 

As a smaller, but growing reseller, with a focus on customer service, every customer is aligned with an in-house account manager who are there to understand every customers unique requirements and offered a tailored service to match. 

 

The Challenge

As a technology firm it's important for BSL IT Ltd to have the latest advancements, showcasing their capabilities to customers and giving them the competitive edge over the competition.

 

Previously using Skype for Business, BSL were experiencing many end-user issues from missed calls to frustrating problems like not being able to mute calls on the app. With Skype for Business retirement date on the horizon, it was evident that BSL needed a robust and agile solution that would continue to grow alongside them.

 

With their users needing to benefit from their new solution, it was essential that a new collaboration tool gave them the flexibility to work remotely and most importantly was user friendly.


The Solution

After reaching out to Wavenet, TeamsLink was identified as the perfect for solution for BSL. Allowing them to consolidate all their communication channels into one user-friendly platform.

 

A migration to Microsoft Teams was suggested to address the issues with Skype for Business along with a complete telephony revamp. Utilising the capabilities of Microsoft Teams meant that all communications were consolidated, merging the previous IM Messenger and phone system all into one single pane of glass.

 

Microsoft Teams gives BSL a multitude of business functions that make their day to day tasks easier, particularly with the team taking on more remote roles throughout the pandemic.

 

File sharing, video calls, instant messaging and meetings can all be conducted from the same platform meaning that efficiency is increased by reducing the need to switch from program to program to complete tasks.
