Learn how to quickly and easily make a phone calls from directly within Microsoft Teams.
To make a call, tap Calls > and enter the phone number of the person you are calling then click Call .
Or you can call contacts directly from you Contacts by selecting Contacts and selecting the person you want to call then click Call .
You can also find people in your call history if you've already called them or they've called you. In History, select More actions to the right of the person’s name, then click Call back.
You can also access your voicemail and call people from that list. In Voicemail, select More actions to the right of the person’s name, then click Call back.
If you need to access your dial pad when you're in a call, go to call controls and select Keypad
Making a call from your mobile using Teams is easy.
Tap Calls > and enter a phone number.
If you've allowed Teams access to your phonebook you can also call directly from your contacts tap Calls > Contacts and select the person you want to call.
With Teams Calling, you can make and receive calls to/from other Teams users and telephone numbers. Teams to Teams calls will always be free, so we recommend you use this option whenever you can but TeamsLink opens up calling to anywhere.

Unlike just Teams, with TeamsLink you can make external PSTN calls when needed.
To call someone who is not on Microsoft Teams using TeamsLink simply select Calls > and dial the number you wish to connect to.
