Norfolk Dental Specialists is a dental practice based in Norwich founded in October 2006, specialising in implants and periodontal private treatments.

 

They are also an imaging centre for CBCT scans for 3-D imagery and Panoral dental x-rays providing a 2-D dental x-ray examination that captures the entire mouth in a single image. These cutting edge technologies allow emerging or impacted teeth to easily be seen along with providing accurate measurements of your jaw and nerves.

Norfolk Dental Specialists have an extensive and experienced team comprising of 5 Specialists and 3 hygienists, with 10 support staff. Ensuring that all patients receive optimal care.

Their mission statement includes providing life-transforming dentistry for the whole of the Norfolk and Suffolk area.

 

The Challenge

 

An incumbent phone system was causing issues for Norfolk Dental Specialists when it came to working from anywhere other than the practice since the system could not be accessed remotely.

When the pandemic struck the need for remote working was amplified, especially in order for the team to continue to provide critical patient care for complex dental issues.
