Management Services

In addition to product supply, we can act as an extension of your team, to manage your entire hardware estate. We can track all asset movements from beginning to end and are currently supporting more than 20,000 end users. We will work with you to profile your organisation’s buying patterns to get you the best deal and turnaround time.

What management services do we offer?

End-to-end management of your hardware estate: We will work alongside your Wavenet Service Desk or Service Manager to ensure you have the right devices for your staff and manage the entire lifecycle of each machine for your users. We will also manage your starters and leavers process ensuring that your employees have the devices they need, set up in the way they need it.

Stock holding of your hardware estate and management of stock levels: We will store and deploy your equipment, keeping it ring-fenced in your own virtual warehouse. We will further retain stock of your most active stock keeping units (SKUs) to a level we mutually agree, so that we can provide a next day service. We can provide proof of delivery (POD) and if any issues arise with deliveries, track them to ensure you receive your devices at a time and date that suits you.

A quoting and ordering service for all your hardware needs: We ensure our hardware pricing remains competitive and will provide a monthly price list so you can ensure you are getting the best deal.

Creation and application of images to hardware: As necessary, we will work with you to create your gold image, and to apply asset tags to your machines through our logistics centre.

Provision of ad-hoc customer-based hardware reports: We can provide you with purchase history reports to inform your future decision-making. Reports can include anything from how many laptops were purchased within a set timeframe and product specifications, to types of spending, how many orders were placed, and what locations orders were sent to.

Refurbishment and disposal of devices: When your devices go end-of-life, we will work with you to ensure your obligations under the WEEE directive and environmental legislation are fulfilled. We will provide you with a certificate to show your data is disposed of in line with regulations and residual value will be handed back to your organisation.
