Our Customer Resolutions team is committed to understanding and addressing any issues, frustrations, or concerns our customers may have. They take full ownership from the first point of contact through to resolution, ensuring customers are kept informed every step of the way.

The CR teams primary objectives are:

  • Provide professional and courteous service to support our Wavenet customers.

  • Act as the primary point of contact during challenging situations

  • Collaborate with internal teams on behalf of customers.

  • Define and communicate clear expectations.

  • Keep customers fully informed of progress and next steps.

Meet the team

Will Moseley, our Customer Resolutions Manager, is a key member of the Executive Resolutions team, reporting to Matt Heald. Together, they and their teams play an essential role as a bridge between our customers and Wavenet.
