The Microsoft Incubator Programme consists of targeted training and development sessions designed to work with your schools’ individual requirements, equipping teachers with the knowledge and skills to seamlessly integrate technology into their teaching methods. Schools gain understanding and expertise of a wide range of Microsoft technologies and tools including Teams, OneNote for Educators, Immersive Reader, Flip, and Minecraft, to name a few. These can help facilitate dynamic learning experiences by providing students with the skills they need beyond the school gates. Senior Leadership Teams, office and admin staff can also benefit and become pro-efficient across Microsoft tools and systems to empower efficiency, productivity, and performance.
The programme includes a global collaborative learning environment where teachers and staff can share insights and best practices, ideas, and experiences on integrating digital transformation in the field of education.
The goal is to achieve Microsoft Showcase School or Microsoft Showcase System status for your school or MAT, representing the pinnacle of digital transformation in the education sector.

A Visionary Approach to The Microsoft Incubator Programme
As an authorised Microsoft Global Training Partner, Wavenet are qualified and authorised to support and lead schools through the Microsoft Incubator programme. Our team are all qualified teachers and certified Microsoft Innovative Education Experts, to deliver in-depth learning experiences that are aligned to the Education Transformation Framework.
We will support you to design a digital transformation solution that is tailored to your school. Using interactive workshops and assessments we support schools to grow a culture of digital transformation across all four areas of the Microsoft Education Transformation Framework, from leadership and policy to teaching and learning, creating secure onsite and online environments through to student and school success, using Microsoft tools and technologies. Our training infuses techniques and offers ideas to help deepen curriculum learning experiences, using 21st century design that focuses on the core skills pillar.
The programme can be designed to work at your pace, but usually is a 1-2-year plan based around 40+ hours of programmed activities, workshops, and assessments. You can onboard at any time across the school calendar and there is no cost to the school.
