Comms National Awards 2021

We are thrilled to announce that we have been recognised for the amazing works of our teams for not one, but two Comms National Awards! 

The Comms National Awards are the most highly regarded awards process in the ICT channel and is fairly and independently judged by a highly experienced panel of channel experts. Wavenet were finalists in two categories; Best Channel Support Programme and Best UC and Collaboration Platform.

This award recognises that Wavenet Wholesale has demonstrated a high commitment to improving support and service to our channel partners via a combination of high-end touchpoints, training, portals, marketing campaigns and much more. A key focus includes the Wholesale Hub, Partner Accreditation and Service Desk. 

Best UC and Collaboration Platform

This award recognised Wavenet Wholesale as a supplier of one of the best UC & C platforms, marketed through channel partners, that unifies multiple communications methods (e.g., phone calls, video conferencing, instant messaging, email, SMS, fax etc.) for business customers. This award focuses on our hero product TeamsLink, the features, functionality and development of the platform over the last 12 months; including advanced PowerBI reporting, compliant call recording and a plethora of support materials to support and enable channel partners to best position the product.
