Leeds, & Solihull, United Kingdom, 22nd January 2025 – Assured Data Protection (Assured), the prominent IT managed services provider (MSP) for cloud data protection solutions, and Wavenet, a leading cyber security, communications and technology MSP, today announced a strategic partnership to provide enterprise grade backup and disaster recovery solutions to customers across the UK. Through the partnership, Wavenet will offer Rubrik's leading edge data protection platform as a managed service through Assured’s second site data replication infrastructure to bolster customers’ cyber resiliency. This partnership is part of a drive to increase Wavenet’s range of services, in line with the company’s rapid expansion through organic growth and acquisition and follows the announcement of a merger between Wavenet and Daisy Corporate Services in May, to form the UK’s largest independent IT MSP.
Wavenet CEO Philip Grannum has announced his senior leadership team following the company’s recent acquisition of Daisy Corporate Services. The new structure includes executives from both businesses, bringing together complementary strengths and experience at the helm of the UK’s largest independent MSSP.
Wavenet has announced that its existing CEO Philip Grannum will lead the combined business of Wavenet and Daisy Corporate Services following regulatory approval and completion of the deal this week. It has also been confirmed that the new company, which will be the UK’s largest independent IT managed services and security provider, will operate under the Wavenet brand.
