The Next Generation Systems Integrator has sponsored the event as part of its ambitious 2019 program with UKCCF. It’s a statement from Wavenet as it looks to become the market leader in the consultancy-based contact centre industry in the UK.
The UKCCF National Conference and Awards, as the biggest event on the contact centre and customer service calendar, it plays host to 200 stakeholders from the most senior contact centres. Only around 100 of the top contact centres in the UK are asked to participate. The conference is renowned for its ability to share the best ideas and latest trends, and it does so via a series of roundtable discussions.
Wavenet is passionate about delivering solutions that will help the industry grow. According to Johnathan Zemlik, Wavenet understands that a “good solution will empower customer service advisors and streamline business processes for greater operational efficiency.” That’s because “our approach to contact centre solutions is based not only on best of breed systems but introducing operational best practices.” This ensures Wavenet’s technology optimises a customer’s business while delivering superior service to a business’s customers.
Trevor Butterworth, CEO of the UK Contact Centre Forum, echoed Zemlik’s sentiments. “The event will build on last year’s successes” by “offering contact centre professionals the opportunity to learn from our keynote speakers.” Attendees will also get to “discuss key industry challenges at our interactive roundtables, and network with peers at our National Conference.”
Both, Wavenet and the UKCCF, were thrilled with the announcement. Speaking of the partnership, Johnathan Zemlik, Business Development Director at Wavenet, spoke in glowing terms. He said: “The UKCCF is a natural partner for Wavenet… Wavenet sees UKCCF as a great partner through which we can deliver and support best practice at the grassroots level to give our customer base an edge compared to other providers.”
Michael Gray, Chief Marketing Officer of the UKCCF, said: “We’re delighted that Wavenet has chosen to support our second Annual National Conference and Awards.”
The conference takes place the morning of the 25th of October as part of a doubleheader that includes the UKCCF awards. They take place in the evening, recognising and celebrating a range of people. They include:
They also highlight outstanding customer service for large and small contact centres in both the public and private sector. Trevor Butterworth believes “our National Awards will showcase best practice within the industry across 27 individual, team and company categories.”
